The staff was very friendly. The room I stayed in was also clean

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The front is Alort street and near Bukit Bintang. But the hotel has stairs. I'm on the 3rd floor, tired of going back and forth.

Mantap is the best. Dekat kemana- mana soalnya.

I took 2 rooms, and 1 additional room with a different booking code. 1 room does not have a TV, 1 room has a TV, no toiletries but the remote has no battery, the room has no extra plugs.

The mattress is really hard. The room is dirty.

Pretty cheap but still rather clean. The towels just smell a bit. Others are quite expensive than Sovotel but they are all bad.

For the price as much as the hotel is comfortable, there are many public transportation options near the hotel, in front of culinary hotels because they are on Jalan Alor, great.

What are you expecting from a budget hotel? You will get more than what you paid. Facilities (e.g: towel, soap, shampoo) you paid are for two. But still, need any improvement in services. Hungry at night, just walk outside. The location is strategic near to Bukit Bintang mrt and goKL Bukit Bintang bus stop. Right choice for you as a transit hotel and explore KL with low budget. You will be charged 10 MYR per night as tourism tax and 50 MYR for deposit.

The hotel is simple and includes comfort. Located on Jalan Alor and very easy to find. Close to the means of monorail and free bus transportation, namely go KL, which is really great for saving expenses. To find food do not doubt and the receptionist is friendly and very helpful. Next can be the choice of where to stay again if you go to KL.

During my 1 week holiday at kl and I was satisfied with d'elegant here. Clean and simple. The most important is there is a lot of food stall, eating is my favourite. N a nice view which from the balcony of d'elegant hotel. I felt very happy about my holiday this time.

Strategic area. Suitable for holidays, get out of the hotel street food area. Crowded and access everywhere just walking. To go to KRL, MRT rapid KL close.

Hotel is located right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, with a number of eating places around the hotel. Perfect place to explore the culture of Malaysia. Rooms were very clean, to my surprise. Great experience overall.

not bad, good for stay awhile.

Rooms are very narrow and located on the 3rd floor. No lift so had to go up stairs. I stay 3 nights because many items and lazy move again. The first night of sleep was no problem but my second and third nights were bitten perhaps by bed bugs. I ended up sleeping in jeans.
