No one took care. Old room, dirty bed sheets, difficult to adjust hot and cold water in the bathroom. Self-checked out. Generally won't come back 🙁

Ấn tượng đầu tiên của mình là homestay khá nhỏ nhưng được cái gần trung tâm nên khá ok, nhân viên thân thiện mình đến trước ngày lễ nên còn ít khách có thể được lựa phòng và mình chọn căn gác mái vì có view nhìn thoáng, mọi thứ ok cho đến đêm thứ 2 trời mưa thì mình thấy nước rỏ vào mặt, thế là phải lấy cốc hứng nước mưa 😷. Túm lại thì mình thấy ai đi chơi nhiều không có nhu cầu chọn nơi nghỉ dưỡng thì đây là lựa chọn ổn với giá thành và gần trung tâm, chỉ là có thể nên tránh tầng trên cùng vì sẽ nóng hơn và có thể gặp sự cố mưa nhỏ vào mặt như mình 😅 với thời tiết mưa nắng thất thường của Đà Lạt

Facilities in poor condition, freaking cold and rattling windows-can not sleep at night. Would not a good option if you want to stay in winter.

Booked for two nights but missed 1 night because the hotel just announced that the room was full. Night 2 told a 3rd party to wait for a refund on the 2nd but didn't see it.

Home is quiet, pretty, clean, not modernly equipped but basic amenities are guaranteed, there is a shoe rack underneath to change into hotel slippers when moving up the stairs, very good, both clean and not too bad! Suitable for resting and relaxing!!! Suggest adding more drinking water, extra cup noodles in the room for guests to use more conveniently, just 1 bottle of water is not enough!

Cozy place to stay, reasonable price. The high point is that the location is very close to the center, walking distance to the market. Service/people are quite professional and excellent. The facilities are a bit old but still ok. However, the room has a damp smell, it is recommended to treat the smell and/or have a dehumidifier or heater. The TV is usable, but the signal is not good, so it is also a minus point.

Phòng gần trung tâm nhưng khi mình đến thì phòng loại mình đặt không có, khách sạn hỗ trợ đổi phòng khác nhưng không được như ý Phòng cũ & có mùi ẩm mốc khó ngủ, cách âm kém & nước trong toilet rò rỉ nên ướt sàn rất khó chịu

Beautiful rooms, decorated in European style, friendly staff. Located right on the main road, 500m from Phuong Trang bus station, opposite the chicken hotpot with chicken leaves. The distance to the center is only 5 minutes. Will be back

The bedroom and toilet are clean, spacious and airy, especially without the unpleasant musty smell and mold. The actual room is exactly like the picture shown. The hotel lobby is very beautiful. My family stayed 2 days in lacasa. Really feel like that. The hotel is quite near the center of the city, convenient for travel without being too noisy. Especially, the homestay balcony really likes my homestay balcony

Choose this hotel because I read from previous reviews that it was good. Booked through traveloka, prepaid already. But there was a problem overbooking to the accommodation. There is no room. The receptionist can't speak English at all. Asked what happened and did not answer Let us sit and be confused for a long time. Finally, connect to the line to talk to traveloka. We went with 5 people. After booking 3 rooms, it turns out that there is only one family room left to sleep together. Although receiving the difference Still feel not okay Because have to sleep 5 people together, have a single bathroom The room was musty, sticky floor, poor ventilation at all. And the worst thing is Every towel is very musty. Breakfast was small. Until check out that requires a refund There was still a problem because the staff could not communicate in English at all. Let us sit and wait. Until seeing a Vietnamese guide speaking English has come to help The conclusion is not impressive.

Good value, but the water heater is not stable but likes water

Good location, not far from center. Room was nice but maybe need more clean, dark spot on bed sheet and sticky spot on dining table. Not recommend Breakfast, there're local food nearby.
