The hotel is old, the building and equipment are limited, but the price is within the budget.

Location is good, many restaurants nearby, Indonesian staff is very friendly but not for local staff. Furniture inside hotel is very old but room space is big. Good for transit

the staff were not friendly but its okay. when you check in at the hotel, you’ll be asked for 12RM per night (idk what for but they said for tourist taxes?) twin room is more spacious than queen bed. there’s towel, water heater, blanket. the floor kinda dirty but you can use the slippers. dont forget bring your international adapter.

During my stay at the Hong Ping Hotel, the service was very satisfying compared to other hotels around the hotel.

The location is quite strategic, but the room atmosphere is not comfortable because of the old room smell. The bathroom is also old. There was a little problem, but the staff was immediately alert to help. You can also leave your belongings in the lobby before check-in time.

The location is right in the center of Gorge Town so it's very convenient to walk around. The room is spacious and airy but there is no toothbrush, shower gel, towel... But I already have it and I go out all day, only come back to rest at night, so with the price being quite cheap, I don't ask for too much.

The bath towel is so dirty with permanent stain that cannot be removed.

I feel good. Once you leave the hotel, it's easy to find food. No need to look for food.

Comfortable, Quiet Hotel for Resting and Close to Tourist Locations, Just Walking Distance to Penang Street and Surrounding Areas.

The location is located in the center of George Town, the location is close to everywhere, if you want to find halal food, there is Nasi Kandar, close to the Kapitan Keling Mosque, very close to Armenian Street, and just walk to Chew Jeti, if you want to take Rapid Penang, it's easy, pass and stop near the hotel, near 7 Eleven, and there is a supermarket, but don't be surprised if there are many foreigners around the hotel.

The location is close to everywhere. What is clear is that the room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I booked on Traveloka last minute but I was still able to stay for 1 night and the staff gave me a late check out. Highly recommended.

First we were given a room with a leaking AC until the water pooled on the floor because we stayed for a while to go out to eat, but after we complained we were changed to another room. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Only toilet paper and towels are provided, not worth it for the price.
