worse hotel ever, very old hotel, so creepy. doesn't smell good very dark even there's a light. staffs are all impolite.,they don't smile. they don't give what you need in the hotel, you just need to ask everything. they made you wait even you already have a booking. they don't tell you the wifi password unless you ask them. the sheets and the blanket doesn't smell good also same as the towel. towel looks like rag, no toiletries..other than soap that's says ‘the oriental’ there is nothing else. I was wondering why the soap name is ‘the oriental’ while the hotel name is ‘the swagman’..?!🤔no telephone either to call on the front desk, so if you need anything you need to go out in your room and go to the front desk...there's a cockroach. there's a personal refrigerator that is on but nothing is inside even water. over all, that's the worst or even worst hotel i’ve have ever checked in. pictures are way too different in actual.😤😤😤 definitely will never book again.

I check-out at 5 am to ninoy aquinoy airport. because it can be free shuttle bus from the hotel. After I lock my room before going down to the receptionist. suddenly the hotel staff asked for my room key in front of the room and directly checked into. My treveler is not a terrorist and the bathroom water is not on.

Because you only have two choices. (great & bad) my stay wasn't great neither was it bad. It was just okay. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary water in the room. I bought water for drinking. No coffee or tea nor a kettle we can use to boil water in case you want to drink coffee or tea. The food is good for non-vegetarian. The staff members are polite, friendly & very helpful & clean. Hotel ambiance at the restaurant is cozy but the rooms are rather old including the air conditioning & the bedsheets. The hotel is really not PWD (person with disabilities)-friendly (accessibility features). Just good enough for a short stay.
