clean room for standard bathroom for ok kitchen sorry there is no knife for cooking is not complete,, if you go there you have to bring water because you can only get 2 glasses of water, there is no wifi and the TV signal is difficult to turn on, checking in is not difficult because the people are always responsive

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in and the room view was beautiful 😍

Highly recommended for vacation, the facilities are comfortable and access to the mall is very easy

Actually the facilities are good, the price for the accommodation is above the Pakuwon Mall, only the room lacks maintenance, the paint is peeling, one of the cupboard doors is loose, the water heater still can't be used even though the lights, refrigerator & freezer have been turned off. I almost couldn't enter the mail box room to get the room key because there were residents there who didn't want to be asked for help, the view was beautiful. Just for information, if you want to go to Pakuwon Mall, it's on the P5 floor. If you want to go to the swimming pool, it's on the 1st floor. The lobby is located at GF.

Pemilik tidak memberikan info yang jelas sebelum check in. Pertama kami harus berputar-putar karena tidak bisa parkir tanpa access card. Kedua untuk mengambil access card kami harus pergi ke storage room yang terkunci, dan untuk masuk hanya bisa mengandalkan belas kasihan orang yang bisa membukanya (penghuni apartemen lain). Tidak bisa minta tolong kepada resepsionis atau satpam karena unit ini disewakan sendiri oleh owner kamar tersebut. Kamar tidak luas seperti foto, tidak ada sofa, hanya 1 ranjang besar. Sepertinya luas 5x3 meter. Tipe studio. Water heater tidak berfungsi sama sekali. AC kurang dingin. WiFi tidak ada. Tersedia amenities. Toilet patah, barang-barang kurang maintenance. Seperti kost-kostan, tapi alat memasak lengkap, jika itu yang anda butuhkan.

Honest review as it is, hopefully it helps, the room is quite spacious and pretty clean, but I encountered a number of problems as follows: The air conditioner is not cold (only a blower), there is no wifi and the network in the room, either Telkomsel or XL, is very bad (I happen to use these 2 providers) ), the bathroom shower has no placemat hangers so it's difficult to take a shower. The owner is quite responsive to WA replies, but maybe he rarely checks the unit directly so he doesn't update the problem in the room. I ordered for 7 days and paid via the app, I had to check out right away and only stayed 1 night because it was inconvenient to stay and couldn't work because there was no network, I hope the owner fix it before selling it so other customers don't experience what I did naturally, thank you

Host nya agak kurang informatif dan kurang komunikatif, namun tidak ada kendala dalam proses check in nya. Tempat juga bersih namun tidak ada selimut dan saat pertama masuk ada sedikit bau. Untuk pancuran bidet bocor. Selebihnya baik - baik saja dan nyaman. Harga termasuk oke dibanding yang lain. Ada peralatan masak dan kulkas. Banyak storage untuk barang bawaan. Ada dua cermin besar. Lokasi persis di atas Pakuwon Mall, jadi sangat nyaman jika mau jalan - jalan ke mall.

Tengah malam, listrik tiba-tiba mati, ada bunyi biip biip dari luar. Owner dihubungi chat maupun call tidak ada respon. Benar-benar pengalaman pertama sewa apartemen & sangat-sangat mengecewakan. Not recommended ya RUMS Tanglin Orchard Supermall.

Yang kurang adalah ketika fasilitas hanya 1 aja yang bisa menyala antara heater, lampu, kulkas, AC. Sebaiknya days nya ditambah supaya menambah kenyamanan si penyewa. Untuk lainnya oke saja kalau sebagai tempat transit perjalanan.

Rooms are ok, the attitude of the owner is ok, only electricity needs to be added or replace the water heater with a low watt one.
