The place is very comfortable, but if the cleanliness is good, it still needs to be improved. The wifi signal is not good but it's still okay, it needs to be fixed again because for corner rooms, the phone signal is lost and depending on the wifi, the TV signal is also very bad. The staff is friendly, but yesterday I got room number A in the corner. The room smelled really bad, even though the AC was on, it stuck to my clothes, making me dizzy and finally moved hotels in the middle of the night. There were bedbugs on the mattress. Please improve the cleanliness. I've been there in 2019 but it wasn't as bad as now.

The place is clean and comfortable. Every day it is swept and mopped by the officers hehe. Garbage, dirty glasses/plates are also washed every morning. The staff are all friendly too. Mineral water is free to take in gallons, eating utensils are also free to use, the kitchen is also free to cook anything. In my opinion, the pink bathroom near the kitchen is really clean (even though the bathroom is outside). The size of the room is also right in my opinion, not too narrow. Enough to pray.
