The hotel is near the West Lake area, convenient to move to the scenic area of West Lake, Uncle Ho's mausoleum, enough entertainment. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, neat. Will be back

Everything is perfect in the hotel but there are roosters outside, so I woke up at 4-5 a. M. And couldn't sleep anymore.

They advertise themselves as a 3-star hotel, but the service was worse than a cheap motel. There was no standard in their operation. The receptionist, manager, or whoever he was because they only had one employee, was rude to me. I rented a bike to explore the city, but when I returned to the 'hotel' they said they didn't have a parking lot and would not be responsible for the loss of my rental bike. That, in my opinion, was an absolutely unacceptable response for a hospitality company. In addition, related to an hygiene issues. During the entire week I stayed at the hotel, the house keeping never changed my bed sheets. Attempt at your own risk. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very beautiful but degraded too much, not worthy of 3.5 stars. Bathroom supplies for 3 bottles of conditioner without shower gel or shampoo. On the last day of check-out, the water was lost, the restaurant on the rooftop was closed
