The room is clean, the AC is cold, the staff is friendly, the breakfast menu is delicious too... Got a room above the swimming pool so you can see people swimming below... The view of PWT city when the weather is clear, you can see the mountains... Makes you feel at home and want to stay here again.

This is my 4th stay, and every time I go to Purwokerto I always stay here.

Sorry in advance, just a suggestion: bleach the bathroom floor and scrub the corners around the shower so the toilet doesn't look dirty. I stay here every time, and I think it's the best compared to the others, so that's my suggestion.

Very satisfied staying at Grand Karlita for 2 nights, got room 825 with a view below the swimming pool. The small swimming pool is suitable for toddlers & one for adults is also available. It's a shame I forgot to try the fitness, hopefully next time I get the chance to come here again 😁 Breakfast is varied, maybe a suggestion for the staff at the egg corner restaurant to be friendlier, at least smile 😊 It happened to be my first time experiencing New Year's Eve at a Hotel & it turned out I got Dinner on New Year's Eve with a varied & lively menu. Easily accessible location, ample parking, good room view, good TV access, good service. Cons: There was a puddle in the bathroom due to the floor's imperfect slope to the drain. Breakfast was standard, soto soup wasn't hot enough. No kids' zone.

The hotel was comfortable overall, but unfortunately, the sheets had a brown stain on the top of the mattress. I'm not sure what it was. But I'll stay here again next time I visit Purwokerto.

I was very satisfied with my staycation here. The rooms are kept clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the hot water is available 24/7. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with a designated smoking area at the front. For those with children, the swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely be back.

The top floor of the 9th floor is leaking, the bathroom floor in the shower area is slippery and mossy due to the asymmetrical slope of the ceramic tiles, causing the water to pool and never be cleaned.

My stay at the Grand Karlita was very satisfying. The rooms were large and luxurious, and the beds were also large. The breakfast selection was extensive—it was truly comprehensive. Parking was ample. Overall, the hotel was simply stunning.

I was here during the December kids' holiday. I got a pretty good price for a hotel of its class. It was great. I'll stay here again next time I go to PWT.

Not suitable for a staycation at the hotel. The pool is small for children, while the adult pool is at least 1.7 meters deep, so children can't play there. The gym is paid. Ordering food from the restaurant at night is delicious and not too expensive.

Breakfast was good. It's quite cheap, paying around 400,000 rupiah for a room and breakfast for two people.
