So I did not accept it and complained, the hotel contacted the online agent and finally I was able to enter the room at 7:00 p.m. Then I entered room 216, the condition of the room was dirty, narrow, the hot water didn't work, and the door to the room couldn't be locked, the TV was drizzling, there was no WiFi, the elevator was broken, I complained at 8:30 I moved rooms again to room 212. Room condition just as severe and musty, the bathroom glass is moldy because it's never been on a possible wipe. Tomorrow is Thursday at 8:00 I have breakfast with less friendly service, only 1 food menu, so it is only natural that the hotel is quiet.
