the cleanliness of the bathroom and the sink is very uncomfortable

I have to rebook, because I haven't tried the pool yet, haha.

Overall, I was satisfied, it felt like a private vacation.

I really like the atmosphere and environment at Ossa De Villa... Very comfortable and cool... The budget is also right for this area 😍🥰 I really like it, my children and husband are also happy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just a suggestion, maybe the blanket could be replaced, there was a lot of gecko droppings found on it.

Checked in at 14.30 with the condition of the room given being very messy (not yet cleaned up). They should have been given a ready room, not a room that had not been cleaned but only blame housekeeping. The house keeping team was very good and always apologized from the 3 people who came, all apologized very sincerely, but the service at the front was not good, there was no apology at all.

The room itself is not soundproof, so when you sleep you can hear your neighbors laughing too.

The place is comfortable and quiet. It is also suitable for families because the rooms are spacious (villa model). Breakfast is not recommended, the menu is small, not many choices. It is better to order at the restaurant.

The access is lacking because there is a lot of garbage in the end of the alley but it does not affect the beauty of the hotel. A hotel with a Balinese concept in Timika. Amazing 👍.

Sudah beberapa kali staycation disni, cuman kesini-kesini untuk perlengkapn di toiletnya kurang lengkap. Handuk, sabunnya, harus minta dulu.

Highly recommended for family vacation. The staff are friendly. The place is very comfortable because there are many plants, cool and beautiful. Recommended food; Ayam Betutu and Curry.

Saya suka tempatnya, asri, nyaman, pemandangannya bagus ala ala Bali, tapi sekarang beda dengan dulu, toiletnya terutama perlu diperbaiki. AC-nya ada yang tidak dingin.

Only 1 towel, no toothbrush, room smells like feet, bed sheets are yellow.

Facilities in the bathroom are not satisfactory. Pay more attention to the drain, and the smell from the bathroom can be smelled coming out. The hotel is expensive, new, unsatisfactory.

Actually it's really good, I've been here 4 times. But I don't know why the last two rooms really smell like feet.

There are no sandals, breakfast is limited.

1. I always ask for an ID card even though I've often stayed overnight. 2. AC is not cold. 3. The towel oh my gosh it has changed color to YELLOW. 4. No Shampoo.
