The management is messed up. There may not be any rooms available.

Bad. When I was check in the staff not check the data of customer they said there 's no book under my name and after waiting 15mnt their found my name also the room look like no maintenance there 's a hole on the top of my bathroom and has webspiders also has stain of blood on the bed sheets but the location really strategic from the beach.

Hotel kurang siap. Saya harus request handuk, tisu, dan sabun setelah sampai kamar. Kualitas wifi kurang bagus dan tidak tersedia informasi password. Dudukan toilet sedikit goyang sehingga takut jatuh. Beberapa spot tembok terdapat mold. Staff ramah namun kurang proaktif.

Terrible, not recommended at all. Hotel is falling apart and not maintained. Staff are pretty clueless. Had to ask them to re clean the room when I checked in, room wasn't ready and dirty look like a museum. They closed and locked the gate every evening and no security I had to yell to somebody to open the gate for me which is pretty annoying. They told me in rude way to not to bring any man to the room. Never stay again. You could definitely find way better place in this area with same price.

No TV, only 4 choices of breakfast and only egg and bread. No wifi at room, only in the lobby. No soap, no shampoo, no tooth brush. Just room and bed: (.

Nice hotel, nice interior, surprisingly they also had a small but nice pool. The hotel service is also good, the lady is super good.

The room facilities are not completed as standard Hotel, need more attention on that, on the same location their room facilities are very very completed with same prices too. The breakfast also need more choices not only very simple breakfast , but the staff are friendly.

The hotel design is actually good. For the size of the room is quite spacious. But in terms of cleanliness, very disappointing. Many sawang in the corner of the wall, and other details. Initially I wanted just one star. But, because the mattress is quite clean, I add one more star. While breakfast, minimal choice. I just got fried rice, all of it is just bread and eggs. And the coffee is brewed coffee with clumps of coffee, difficult to dissolve. In the room there was tea coffee and water heater, but there were no cups and the coffee sachet was actually expired. It's really a shame if the longer the condition of the hotel is left so without good management. Tenkyu, hopefully a few months in the future the conditions will get better.

New hotel in a strategic area but there is no swimming pool

Minus there is no bathroom equipment (only a small bar of soap) and no TV, but it's okay, because the hotel is still being said to be in the renovation stage, the service is okay, the staff are friendly, and nimble. Oh yeah the minus is also a small shower water.

The room is spacious, the bed is big, and considering this the new building is still quite clean. for the equipment provided, this room only provides towels and soap bars, does not provide drinking water, water heaters, toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo. Because it's still new, there's no television or bath mat for the floor. If you need a hotel to just rest, this hotel could be an option because besides being quite comfortable, it is also close to the downtown area of Kuta, Lombok.

Great place to stay, close to the beach, very nice staffs, friendly and helpful, quiet room, large space, very clean, new room.

The place is nice, the staff are friendly, there is a paid motorbike rental for guests to be able to walk around the hotel, the location is on the edge of the street close to the center of Kuta Mandalika's crowd and places to eat, many photo spots are instagramable, only the breakfast is still not tasty and the water is small not swift . Overall cool really satisfying ☺️

Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The location is also very strategic.

There are still many new hotels in operation that need to be improved: 1. Rooms have no TV on the website. Electricity has been off since 3 am (ran out of electricity token). I ordered 3 rooms (all rooms for the bathroom still smelled of cleaning fluid containing HC). 5. Receptionist is not 24 hours.
