The location of the hotel is good and the room is quite spacious, but I assumed that room service had not been done accordingly after checked-out. When I checked-in the hotel room - there were no towels, no bath soap and the toilet bowl was not clean enough - the bottom of the bowl was rusty in colour instead of white and shiny. I also assumed that the bed sheets of both beds, and the pillow cases were not changed, because they looked crumpled, as if some one had used them before. On the small table besides the bed, I found pieces of hair drop. The 'flat screen tv' too, was not functioning well - with its blurred and double image. I made a complaint and requested for room service to the receptionist in-charged that evening, but he said that he couldn't do anything because the house-keeper had already gone home, and he promised me that my request would be fulfilled the next morning. The next morning I had to rush to the airport, but when I returned at 11.00 am, I found that nothing had been done, and my request for room service was to no avail. The amount of money I paid for the room and its facilities didn't reciprocate the service rendered.
