The sink faucet doesn't work. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom.

The location is right in front of the lake. The view is also beautiful, with views of the lake and city lights.

A pleasant hotel...very close to the lake, just step out of the room and you can see Sarangan Lake...the room is quite clean and big...the cleanliness of the towels needs to be improved...there is no breakfast...only in front of the hotel there is a lot of food...in the morning in front of the hotel there is a seller of delicious pecel rice...a pleasant holiday at this hotel

Dirty hotel, stuffy, no wifi. Strategic location, very close to Telaga Sarangan Paleng, about 50 meters on foot

The level of cleanliness is lacking, especially in the room. Both the bed, the floor and the cups in the room are not very clean. Overall, it can be said to be quite a good category for a place to stay for one night.

the best location is in front of Sarangan Lake, lots of food stalls from morning to midnight.. clean rooms, hot water, wifi, thick blankets.. recommended one facing the garden..

Convinience place but wifi very bad

I have been here many times, maybe 20 times, the best accommodation in Sarangan.

Plus for. 1. Speed of check in/out. 2. Hotel location. 3. Food selection surrounding the hote. Minus for. 1. Room condition between traveloka picture and what is given is totally different. 2. Room facility, no towel if not being requested on receptionist and the water heater is not working. 3. Slow action from receptionist upon poin 2.

The rooms are starting to need cleaning and updating. Location near the lake.

The available facilities can be used properly

The room is quite spacious, but it seems rarely cleaned because the floor is really dirty. The condition of the toilet is also quite pathetic because the toilet lid is cracked and it is actually quite dangerous if you are not careful using it. The water heater in the room I occupied only works in the morning. It doesn't work at all during the day and night.

Couldn't choose a room with a lake view, they said it was full but when we checked out there were still many empty rooms.

Access to the lake nearby. Quite clean but needs to be improved a little.
