I booked a smoking room. When I first arrived, I was a bit shocked because the room smelled bad, the sheets were covered in blood, and the pillows were dirty. The TV for YouTube and Netflix was black. I tried calling the front desk and was told to wait for an IT person, but no one came to my room to fix the problem until I checked out. So, by the standards of a 5-star hotel, it's not quite up to par; other hotels can offer better comfort. The only plus is the delicious food.

I've stayed here several times. The hotel is clean, the air conditioning is cold, the hot water is working, the staff is friendly, and it's truly very comfortable.

It's a delight. Especially the variety and flavor of the breakfast menu, the best 👍

Comfortable and enjoyable family

A little problem in the bathroom, there is a smell that doesn't go away and the drain is dripping, but overall it's ok.

Room spacious but wanting to receive food from online is a bit difficult.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at BW Luxury Jambi because the transit for going home is always pleasant, the check in/out process is fast, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable & the support from the receptionist and security is very helpful, thank you

Very comfortable, clean, strategic location, spacious rooms.

For a one-night stay, guests can choose from a choice of city views and rooms near or far from the elevator. Breakfast is varied, from egg stations to cereals and Jambi-style pempek (fish cakes). Airport transfers are available in comfortable Alphard cars and friendly drivers. There's an indoor swimming pool with a shower room. Pempek souvenirs are also readily available in the hotel refrigerator.
