The place is clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast just lacks variety, overall it's ok

Got a room with a connecting door. At night, the smell of cigarettes could be smelled from the room next door, and Sudan complained to the receptionist, but the smell was still there. Sudan checked the balcony and no one was smoking there. So why weren't they taking action against guests who smoked in the room, especially since the rules for all rooms are non-smoking?

Parking is always full during high season but there is valet parking from the hotel security guard, certain breakfasts are only ready at 8 am such as cilok and indomie/instant noodles even though they are everyone's favorite, if it is ready at 8 am it doesn't fit the holiday plan and on average vacationers leave the hotel at 8/9 am, cleaning staff needs to come earlier during high season especially in the restaurant in the morning, please always check the water dispenser regularly because some hotel guests on the same floor have 2 dispensers empty at the same time

My first stay here was during a less-than-ideal time in Batu. I checked in because of problems with the room and elevator systems due to a lightning strike, but the staff was helpful. The varied breakfast menu and beautiful views added to the comfort.

Check-in time is only 6:00 PM WIB, while on the Traveloka app it's 2:00 PM WIB. The room is dirty, full of dust, and very noisy due to construction work. The room is not soundproof.

I returned to Aston Inn Batu because besides the comfortable rooms and the breakfast used to be really good, but now the food is a bit less tasty. But overall it's okay, and I will stay here again someday.

The room has a very beautiful view, directly overlooking the mountains. The entire staff is nice, but the floor in the room seems to need more maintenance. Breakfast is quite varied, but the chicken porridge, noodles, and vermicelli are a bit bland, and the stir-fried tempeh is a bit dry. The Madura porridge is delicious, and the desserts are varied. Actually, overall, the standard rooms and services of the Aston Group are definitely okay, but during my stay, I was disturbed by the alarms of the hotel guests' parked cars, which kept sounding from night to early morning, which was very annoying.

I'm staying in room 607. The room is quite clean. However, the air conditioner fan seems to be broken, so I hear a loud noise several times when I turn it on.

Nice view, breakfast, and good food. The downside is that there's construction going on next door. Besides blocking the balcony view, there's also a lot of noise from the construction workers. It's best to stay after construction is complete.
