The place is very comfortable and the hospitality is very friendly and good.

They offer a shuttle bus to the airport and it is free. We just give a tip if we want to, to the driver, quite comfy for a layover for a while.

You could say this hotel is my go-to transit hotel when my family and I are traveling out of town or abroad. The standard rooms are smaller than the rooms at D'Prima Hotel 1. The airport shuttle service is very helpful, but hopefully, in the future, the shuttle schedule will be more flexible, especially for those who are only in transit for a few hours waiting for a connecting flight. It's a bit difficult to order food or goods from outside because the courier only drops them off at the gate, quite far from the lobby/reception. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and nice.

Suitable for those who catch an early flight. The hotel's distance to Soeta airport is quite close. They also provide free airport shuttle facilities.

The hotel is clean & modern. The room & bathroom are also clean & quite spacious. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport every 2 hours. Worth the price.

Good service and there is a shuttle to the airport. The room is clean and the facilities are good but the wifi is sometimes slow. But overall it is very comfortable and great. Thank you to the staff 🙏

My first honest opinion, there is a free pickup and drop off from the hotel. Not all hotels have this service and I am very happy. I even videoed the room and toilet were clean (on my cellphone, the video unit). It will be our first choice if we transit around Soetta airport. Thanks D'Prima
