Hotel facilities and hotel services are very good. Suitable for family vacation. There are baby box facilities too.

This hotel so comfort and clean, near city area, will be back for sure, thank you:).

The digital room lock is spoilt and took 1min after tapping the card before the door can be opened 😡.

Everything is okay but there are not many food sellers around the hotol area.

The breakfast place has to be outside, if it rains it's really troublesome to get wet. Far from the city, quiet. But overall okay.

Hot spring pool is not well maintained and the breakfast offer limited menu.

Room is OK, free parking, cafe, pool & playground share with residential building.

Found few strands of hair in the pillow and around the bed, worse part is the blood stain on the pillow. Enough to make the whole stay uncomfortable.

Please consider to provide car rental or order service. Not really everyone able to order car on the spot.

Did not try the facilities. The room is clean and spacious. However the sound insulation is bad and can hear all corridor noises. The free breakfast is only for one pax, even though I booked two pax for the room.

Check-in time is ridiculous, it takes 2 + to 3hrs. Waste a lot of time. As for the room is term of decoration and cleanliness, I give 8.5/10. 👍.

Clean, superb bed, there is a place to jog.

Breakfast must be queued, locked in the toilet, the toilet fan is broken.

I am satisfied and would likely recommend to a friend and will come back again. I love the place its nice and cosy and clean. Will definitely book again if I ever had a chance for taking my leave.

Room 's aircon fan was blasting out strong wind even though it was put to the lowest one bar. Technician who came said there was nothing he could do and suggested that I adjust the room temperature if I feel cold. I was referring to the strong blast of the fan, not the temperature! Even when I hide at the far end corner of the bed I had to cover my head with the blanket when sleeping. Water at hot spring is kind of cold.

Stay was good, but hot springs was really bad experience. Its the only thing that will make me think twice about booking this place. 1 pool was so so hot (not possible to enter at all) and the other pools was too cold-heard the same feedback from a few others at the hot springs too. Needs to be improved so that at least 1 pool can be used. Thanks!
