The staff's friendliness is good. But the big issue is the facilities. There's no hot water. The reason is that it's under repair. The food is also packed in a box. It's actually fine if it's packed in a box, but it would be nice if it was mentioned in the description.

The staff is friendly but it is a shame that the bathroom is not very clean and smells.

The walls of the room were cracked, the shower and other things in the bathroom were rusty, the toilet flush was weak, and the bed sheets had stains.

Strategically located near Simpang 5, only the bathroom lights are too dim and too small.

The pillowcase is very dirty, and there is black dust clumping (there is dust dirt) The sheets are dirty, black and smell like they haven't been changed The bathroom door faces the bed Very uncomfortable😓 The room is very small, there is no sink I thought it was like the Orchid Hotel in Jakarta, but it turned out to be very different😂 As a result, I gave up 3 rooms to move to the Holiday In Hotel which is much more comfortable and clean

Comfortable hotel, clean, neat white blankets.

Hot water is smooth. Bathroom is being repaired, the shower jet is loose. Clean the moss, so that visitors are more comfortable

Friendly staff, strategic location. Even though I got a room in the corner, but there was no window, the room was stuffy and smelly so it felt unclean huhu. Yes, it's worth the price.
