Because I stayed more than 4 people. Charged with 200 thousand, the extra bed was not available and was not notified in advance if the excess was charged. For cash deposits too much, for 400 thousand. I just used to stay in 4 star hotels for only 100 thousand, for parking it is difficult to pay expensive. Next time it's no longer staying here and you can get 3 rooms at a hotel price of 900 thousand but no extra bed.

I ordered to celebrate my birthday with friends, this is my first time renting an apartment. cozy place really comfy, clean too, comfortable, nice view from above, every room has air conditioning and cold, and in the main room there is a dressing table that has a lamp that feels like a table for makeup, really good. Suitable for young people when together going from outside the island or city to stay here. Thank you, I really like staying here even if it's only one night. Awaited next booking.

The unit is nice, clean, neat, complete. There is WiFi, towels, drinking water, etc. satisfied stay here anyway. The process of check-in and check-out is also easy.

For starter, the host is very nice. Fast respond and good communication. The place is perfect for us, 3 adults and 1 5 year old kid (he sleeps on a mattress we brought from home, I put on a space the host provides on the floor and it’s perfect), small but not too small. We still have space to do lots of things because of the good arrangement of the place. But if it’s more than 4 people, you might need a bigger one. Going in and out apartment is not a problem at all, the host will give you the facilities. But you may have the inconvenience of the parking hours, you have 12 hours max or you’ll get charge more. After all, this place is clean and comfortable. A nice one.

I am happy with the place, in terms of security, the elevator is not narrow and many, the room is very suitable for my hypractive child. Requires a large space, smooth and fast wifi, cooking utensils and meals are provided so I don't have to bother having to take my toddler out looking for food, the pool is wide, close to the mall, Alfamart is one in the building. Traveling with my family is not stressful because of the hassle of access.
