Initially, I was happy and had high expectations of a fun stay at this hotel, despite its difficult access and distance from the city center. However, as time went on, our family became uncomfortable, and the holiday suddenly turned sour. Unexpectedly, this hotel was quite calculating regarding breakfast. They were very strict about the rule of calculating meals per person. So, a maximum of two people per room was really only allowed. As a result, my parents didn't eat at the restaurant, and only my sister and I ate. It was really unfortunate, I also saw children who were willing to wait outside for meals and choose to swim while their parents ate at the restaurant because of this rule. Even though I booked a room that wasn't cheap and I booked two types of rooms for a two-night stay. I brought 8 family members, including myself (4 adults and 4 small children). These small children should be tolerated, after all, they are only children and they usually don't eat much. In fact, other 5-star hotels I've visited were not like this; they weren't calculating about breakfast. Very comfortable and friendly. While Sekuro is a 3-star hotel, it is very calculating. I understand that you have your own rules/SOPs, but you should know that these rigid rules are what make guests uncomfortable and I don't want to return to this hotel. I even wonder if this hotel can't afford to buy food ingredients until they are calculating like this. The problem is that when I ate at a restaurant, there were green flies flying everywhere, even the food I took inside actually had green flies floating. When I complained about this, the restaurant crew's response was very slow, we were only given a fly repellent that didn't really work, and that was given when my family and I were about to finish eating. Another disappointing rule is that you have to wear a swimsuit when you want to swim. I understand this, but for guests who suddenly want to swim and don't bring a swimsuit, they can't. There should be a distinction between hotel guests and visitors who just want to swim (they are also open to outsiders who can swim without staying overnight). Other 5-star hotels are not like this. So, don't be so strict with the rules if you don't maintain quality. As a result, our family vacation at that time was very bad😭🙏🏻
