My bathroom was clogged, the AC was leaking, I had to move to another room

Hotel with full facilities and good ambience!

The hotel staff is very friendly and informative. There are adequate play facilities for families, as well as a comfortable heated swimming pool.

This is my first staycation with my immediate family, just my husband and my children. Thank God, my children are happy, my husband is happy, and I am very happy. Thank you to my husband for taking the time to create memories with Indh and my brother. Even though it was only a 2-night 3-day holiday, it was truly a blessing 😘🥰🤗

(+) The hotel facilities are okay, the cleanliness is good, the breakfast is delicious, and the view is beautiful. The male receptionist at check-in was very friendly, polite, and helpful. (-) I had an unpleasant experience when checking out with the female receptionist. I was very disappointed because: - She was very unfriendly and rude. - She interrupted me when I was talking. - She seemed accusatory, even when I explained that all the snacks in the minibar were still stocked. I had to walk back to the villa from reception just to make sure I was right. - She wasn't thorough. My staycation should have left a good impression, but I returned home upset. Hopefully, with this review, Cahaya Villa Garut Hotel can pay attention to all its staff. Thank you.

The place is super comfortable, cool, clean, the food is quite delicious, the swimming pool is warm, really nice.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and there was no deposit required. The location is easily accessible from the station, about 20 minutes away. The breakfast food was both enjoyable and unpleasant, so I guess it all comes down to personal preference. The staff and security were all friendly. I'd like to try a different room type next time I come here.

Everything was great. However, it's a shame that the suite doesn't have a bathtub and doesn't offer a complimentary art mirror.

Nice view..clean friendly staff

I booked the junior suite with mountain view and the view does look amazing.

It's quite far from the city center. It's quiet at night but the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.

It's very comfortable here, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are nice and friendly.
