the AC is hot, it seems like the indoor filter is dirty and the towels are a bit black, it's time to change them.

Good room. But black water is coming out, maybe the torrent is about to run out.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, not soundproof but still slept through the night like a baby. What can be improved is the quality of bathroom amenities as the condition of the towels/rug are already worn down. Otherwise, great value for money and comfortable stay.

Comfortable place, clean swimming pool

The swimming pool is comfortable, clean, well maintained. It fits the name The Nyaman.

Location inside a housing complex. For that price the room size is quite small. Plus there is a swimming pool. Deposit required

The room is comfortable even though it is small. The 1st floor in front of the swimming pool is for standard rooms. The family room is on the 2nd floor. The water is strong and there is warm water. Water dispenser is provided. The swimming pool is clean. Parking is behind the hotel but close to the room.

Comfortable as the name suggests, quiet and very clean, this is the most important thing.

The hotel staff is very friendly, also satisfied because the swimming pool is open 24 hours for free swimming so you can also celebrate a surprise birthday in the pool at 12 midnight

Finding food around the hotel is easy.

If you are looking for accommodation that is clean, comfortable and smells good, come here. The swimming pool is clean, the bedrooms are clean, even the bathrooms are super clean. If I go to Solo, I will stay here again, hopefully it will always be as clean as this, top thumbs up 😍.

Tidak bisa diambahkan ekstra Bed, air panas kurang nyaman, kadang panas kadang dingin, overall bagus pelayanan baik, parkiran luas.

Comfortable, friendly staff, and clean.

Bau di kamar tidak hilang (tidak ada exhaust nya d kamar mandi), orang ngerokok d depan kamar baunya juga masuk, padahal sudah pesan yang no smoking, air panas tidak nyala.

Sangat recommended dan mengesankan.

Hotelnya sangat menyenangkan, staff ramah, lokasi dekat dengan halte bst.

Kamarnya nyaman, bersih, dan modern. Airnya kencang. Bagus. Hanya saja di dalam komplek dan saat datang malam, banyak portal yang ditutup.

Everything was fine, only the lights went out, but luckily there was a generator.

Sebenarnya hotelnya bagus & strategis walaupun kamarnya sempit, tapi banyak kekecewaan yang saya dan keluarga alami. Yang pertama, saya check in, bawaan kami banyak karena menginap dengan membawa 2 anak dan kamar kami di lantai 2, tetapi tidak ada inisiatif staff untuk bantu membawakan koper dan lain-lain, jadi harus kami yang minta. Yang kedua, keesokan paginya setelah subuh air kamar mandi kecil sekali dan saat saya mau mandi airnya habis tidak ada yang mengalir. Saya telp fo tidak ada yang angkat. Setelah berkali-kali di telp baru diangkat dan jawabannya tidak memuaskan yaitu bilangnya torennya habis & sedang diisi. Ya terus?! Bukan urusan kami dongg. Dia juga tidak ada permintaan maaf atas kehabisan air. Padahal saya harus flight ke Jakarta jam 8 pagi. Akhirnya saya & anak-anak ga mandi! Gile bener. Yang ketiga, saat suami saya coba turun untuk cek air di toilet umum ternyata airnya juga kecil dan mendekati habis. Suami saya tanya ke satpam (karena di bawah ga ada resepsionis, adanya cuma satpam) juga jawabannya gini “ada dikit pak airnya” dan sambil ngerokok! Ga sopan banget tuh satpam. Ampun deh nyesel banget gue nginep di sini. Dikira bakalan nyaman kayak namanya tanya ga nyaman.
