The room is very comfortable and the onsen is warm.

It's okay! Check-in was fast and hassle-free. Parking in the basement is a bit tricky, but overall it was a good experience. I'd love to come back here again👌🏻

The hotel is aesthetic and clean too.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness. When I arrived, I was about to open my suitcase and a small cockroach appeared on the floor from under the table. Even though I ended up changing rooms, I was still worried.

Parking is limited, got a smoking room. It's okay if it doesn't smell, but what if the cigarette smoke sticks to the mattress and pillows when there are small children, at the beginning of the booking there was no information that only smoking rooms were available
