The room was clean, especially the bathroom. It was just enough for two people, and it was close to Pratunam. As soon as you exit, you'll find 77. The staff are very friendly and quick to help. The staff speaks English. You only have to deposit 1,000 baht. As long as you don't stain or damage anything during your stay, you'll get your deposit back.

The hotel is comfortable, very close to Tofu, December, Platinum, Sevel, near Pratunam Market, so it's easier to go anywhere on foot because it's close.

We stay here for one night, the price quite higher than others but the hotel was comfy. Sadly the front office wasn't so friendly so it was really hard to communicate with him. But thumbs up for their security guard, really helpfull and kind even he can't speak english. The area is located in between Platinum and December, make easier to strolling around.

The hotel room is very spacious, strategic location, the room is always well cleaned, only in my building there is no elevator so I have to go up and down the stairs

My family and I had a bad experience: 1. The hotel staff did not read our booking notes (one of us asked for a room on the 1st floor because we checked in with our children) 2. Our room was suddenly opened without permission not long after we checked in and went out for a while to buy lunch (-/+ 30 minutes) even though there were bags and suitcases in our room (along with some valuables)). They were a bit surprised because we came home early, their excuse was because there was an AC repair that required access to our room, it didn't make sense because the repair should have been done before we checked in (even though we checked in late at around 15.45) 3. Their promise to move one of our rooms to another room that had been agreed upon the next day was actually canceled, even though we had both checked the room in question.

Breakfast was delicious, security was friendly.
