The hotel is strategically located, close to the mall and city center. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean toilets, fairly spacious rooms. It's just a shame the rooms don't have windows.

The family room is spacious. The work chairs are soft. Very strategic, suitable for those who want to watch at GBK. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is strategic because it is close to GBK, but the TV was hard to turn on and the sink was clogged, but the hotel staff responded quickly.

the sink is clogged until it floods there are rats or cats in the ceiling, making noise the AC is leaking until the mattress is wet hopefully it can be fixed to be better

When I checked in, I was given a room with 1 bed with an additional 1 extra bed that would only be set up when we entered the room, even though I reserved a family room with 3 beds With the reason that the room I reserved had a broken AC. But I still asked for the room that I reserved a long time ago. With various reasons from the receptionist, I still asked for the room that I reserved. Because I didn't want to be negotiated, I was finally given the room that I reserved (Family room / 3 beds) with AC that had no problems at all. Please fix the SOP at the hotel and solve the problem, We are wondering, is it because the demand was high at that time (the National Team vs Bahrain match) then they tried or did things that were detrimental to consumers?

The location is very strategic in the city center so it is easy to access. It happened to be staying during Ramadan, for the sahur menu it was less varied but still delicious hehehe.

The experience was quite good, the room was clean and the receptionist was very helpful. It's just a shame the bathroom door was broken. So if it was closed it could only be opened from the outside.

I stayed here because there was an activity at Istora Senayan. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, I can walk to Istora, across from the hotel there are 2 large malls, namely Senayan City and Plasa Senayan. The room I stayed in was actually comfortable, but because there were no windows, it felt a little stuffy, and it was even difficult to guess the weather outside. But the cleanliness is still good. The wifi facilities are okay, running smoothly. There are not many choices of channels for TV, and there is no smart TV feature like YouTube. Hopefully it can be improved in the future Overall, staying here is very comfortable

Best value hotel for events around Senayan/GBK. Can walk to GBK. Surrounded by big malls, lots of food. Breakfast choices are quite a lot. Get welcome snacks, not just welcome drinks. The downside is there are no windows in the room.
