Hotelnya bagus dan adem, AC kamar kurang dingin/kurang sejuk.

Kamarnya tidak ada sabun, sampo, sikat gigi dan odol. Tidak ada tisu dan sarapannya jam 8.30 sudah habis, padahal katanya tutup jam 9 😕.

My experience of staying here twice was quite pleasant. Okay service. Hopefully in the future Grand Jitra can be better even at an affordable price.

Great service, big rooms only there is no soap, toothbrush and toothpaste.

The location is easy to find, spacious parking, good service, comfortable environment, good facilities. But TV broadcasts and wi-fi are not good. So in the morning there is no water for bathing and the new chapter experiences it here. Hopefully it won't happen again in the future.

I ordered a family room plus the mattress was drawn 4. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a standard room containing 2 single beds, he said the price that was right for what I booked was a standard room that cost 160 thousand even though I ordered at Traveloka, the room price was 200 thousand, not the family plus one. How about an online agent please? I complained about this too, he didn't want this, he finally bought a room with a double bed, but this still doesn't match what I ordered because this is still given the standard room type. thanks.

For affordable facilities, really good. A cozy atmosphere for gathering is also very comfortable. It's just that the receptionist fathers who are aged inexperienced are very rude in their behavior say words and even dare to shout. Not to mention the cleaning service workers of mothers who are also very, very unfriendly, their work in cleaning carelessly, facial expressions and words that are also rude are the same as the receptionist. A hotel with good facilities but very poor service. The owner should often supervise workers in the field so that the quality of facilities and services is always improving in being able to progress.

TV does not work, AC doesn’t work, WiFi doesn’t work.

The service was not friendly, when I booked the room there as I was being watched badly, I felt offended by that, and my check out time was not finished at the time and I was still in the room and connected the cable for the TV broadcast instead! I really regret ordering a room in this place!

The rooms are spacious and clean, the atmosphere of the inn is very comfortable, the standard breakfast is not much choice. The wifi is not clear, sometimes it's slow.

The room was clean, the bed linen and bed cover were fragrant, the internet was also speeding, the breakfast was simple but quite tasty, the arrangement of the lobby was quite good with pleasant conditions, the toilet was clean with drained water, the parking was also wide. I like it because of its strategic location near everywhere.

This hostel is located at city center with very nice and quiet neighborhoods. The receptionists are very helpful
