The hotel is okay. Around many shops and bus stations. Tram 12p walk away. At prices like this one is okay

Highly recommend for those who want to visit Malaysia because with affordable prices plus attractive promos make me feel at home in KL, hopefully I can come here again someday, for Indonesians this could be an option, don't worry, the receptionist also understands Malay. Only one less accidentally the television does not turn on because the antenna cable is broken, hopefully it will be fixed and provide comfort for other visitors.

Yesterday we checked in at 05.10 AM and there was a guard (receptionist) on site. Check-in is fast enough. Paying tax (information attached in the application when you want to place an order) and a deposit of RM20 which will be returned when checking out. We get mineral water (1 bottle / person) only 1x. The hotel rooms are located on Floor 3 and Floor 4 and on the ground floor there is a restaurant. The hotel has an elevator (but the elevator is old or a bit of a horror). The room we stayed in was spacious enough and there was space for prayer. There is 1 queen bed and 1 single bed along with towels and a private bathroom. The air conditioner in the room is functioning properly, the TV is functioning properly and the warm water machine in the bathroom is also functioning properly. There is a cupboard for storing medium size for storing goods. Yesterday we had borrowed a water heater to make hot water to the receptionist and there was an iron in the Lt 3 lobby. Oiya, the hotel WiFi works well. All okee. It's just that the atmosphere or the environment is quite quiet when it is night. As for location, if you want to be strategic, it's quite strategic.

The bedroom is quite good and satisfying, very close to Malaysian icons. Central market, china town, independent plains, jamek mosque.

It's very nice, it's in the center of the city, the rooms are good, there is a TV, AC and bathroom in the room. Very satisfying at a very cheap price. The drawback is that the elevator is a bit of a horror.

It was a hotel nightmare for 9 of us. Although our city tax was waived because the 4 rooms we originally booked were not available, the replacement rooms had hairs and were evidently with unchanged beddings. The TV in my room did not work and water was not available when we need to use it. On our last night, water was gone in one of our rooms and our companion had to go down and ask the frontdesk why it was so since there is no intercom in the rooms. On our last morning, water was also gone when I was already inside the bathroom at 10am. I had to take a bath in my companion’s room instead. The manager also shouted at me upon check-out because she was angry that I told the owner/boss the bad conditions of the rooms when I was asked by him. I did not know he was the boss when he asked me and I just honestly gave him my answer. It was only when the manager angrily told me why I told her boss the conditions of the room when she gave us 4 rooms instead of 3 and waived the tax that I realized I was talking to the boss earlier. I did not understand why she was so angry to the point of telling me not to book with them anymore. I just told the truth when I was asked. The experience with Everest Hotel was really the worst among the many hotels I stayed in.

The hotel is clean, the air conditioner is cold, the water heater works even though it can't get too hot, the location of the hotel is really close to the Jamk mosque lrt station on foot, it takes 5 minutes to arrive, across the hotel every morning there is always selling fat rice, pulling tea, cakes with the number of traders lots and cheap prices so if looking for breakfast no need to bother. There is a MYR 20 deposit upon check-in and return upon check-out. The only drawback is there is no kettle of hot water for making tea or coffee and receptionist sometimes there is no stand by so have to wait a few minutes ahead. Overall quite satisfying cheap stay not arrived until 150 thousand to save on vacation budget to KL.

Cockroaches on the room, under the bed, on the walls, under mini closet. Bathroom to small, could be cleaner no only the bathroom in general.

I think only one bed turned out to be out of expectation and even got 2 large beds for three of us. One week yesterday I only paid 750,000, locations are everywhere. At noon stay down there have been many food trucks, very fun. Next, you will go to Malaysia again. Overall recommended at that price.

Affordable and nice facilities (with hot shower water). Unfortunately there is a tax (10 RM per night) that agent did not inform to me before in the ticket.
