I came back because I'd stayed here before and was satisfied.
But not this time.
So I arrived during peak check-in hours and had to queue.
I waited about 30 minutes.
Because I'd bought a New Year's package, I confirmed with the staff.
They said it wasn't included.
I confirmed with the staff three times and WhatsApp.
I was a little disappointed because I'd bought a package.
The next day, I asked again at the front desk and they said it was included. How can you make people think so when you know it's included?
At breakfast, it was very busy because it was high season. After checking in, we were invited to look for a seat, but none were available.
Why wasn't there coordination? Maybe they told us to wait or directed us upstairs, instead of making hotel guests find their own seats.
It happened to be my birthday, and my husband confirmed it with the hotel.
But the hotel seemed to be lacking in attention to such personal matters. It was different from my experience at other hotels. For the staff, my rating is 3 out of 5.
For a hotel like Santika, I'm a bit disappointed.
As for the rooms and location, nothing was disappointing.
