Breakfast was lacking, at 7.30 everyone had finished, it felt lacking

The staff are all friendly, the hotel is beautiful, the swimming pool is clean, the rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable, there is a gym, there is a children's play area, the AC is cold and can be adjusted well, the water heater works well, it's really good, there are lots of star facilities, hehhe... highly recommended, this is a family favorite hotel

My family and I stayed 1 night at the Airish Hotel.. when we entered the hotel, it smelled fresh and looked clean and well-maintained.. Starting from: 1. The parking area is very clean and well-maintained. (Even though there are many trees and plants, all the plants are well-maintained) 2. Children's playground with a variety of games and is also well-maintained. 3. The swimming pool is also clean. The pool toilet is also clean and fragrant. 4. Friendly staff 5. Breakfast is also delicious. 6. Spacious and clean rooms. Overall, I am very satisfied staying here.. The drawbacks: the AC in the room is leaking but can be fixed by asking for a doormat (plastic mat) Hopefully Airish can maintain and even improve its service ❤️

A fun staycation with a minimal budget but complete facilities, there is a playground, swimming pool, everything is good, for breakfast there is not much variety but it all tastes good. Thank you Airish Hotel Palembang.

improve the service and friendliness of the staff, it's not comfortable if the service is not optimal and impressive. when at the swimming pool when we just entered we didn't know we had to wear a change of clothes, the staff asked impolitely. the same when checking out, the hotel system checked the goods like it was really stiff, yes, it was a bit regretful to stay there, it's quite good we paid per night but didn't get maximum service. the hotel is made comfortable for the guest, not like being suspected. if the service is good, it must be crowded and less strategic, also access is less strategic. is it possible that when choosing the date the price is quite high. it's better to find a place that is definitely certain because the money we spend is quite a lot, we are not comfortable there. we ourselves are the ones who lose

Overall good, nice room, clean, across from the hotel there is Alfamart, there is a smoking room, friendly and helpful service.

The place is also okay. Next time I'll come back, if there are many people going to Palembang again.
