The hotel really need improvements despite of the location that is accessible.

Overall good, check-in can be done before 2 pm if there are empty rooms. Only TV can't be used because there is no signal.

The first time staying at this hotel was very pleasant, it was very comfortable to rest, at night on the 5th and 6th floors it was good to relax while enjoying the view of Jakarta.

Everything is fine and smooth, no problems.

Great location to downtown and friendly staff

When checking out, it was raining heavily, there were umbrellas provided but no hotel staff to take us to the car, luckily there was a Grab driver who took us to shelter. Thank you Grab driver, stay healthy and may your fortune run smoothly

Hotel staff is very friendly, hotel is clean

Sky garden on the 5th floor cannot be used after 10 pm by residents. No smoking room provided. Towels are not replaced and must be requested. There is no kettle for coffee. The room is not soundproof. The environment is beautiful and safe and guaranteed.

The staff is friendly, the room is also clean but unfortunately for 2 days staying there for the breakfast menu there are no other variants at all and the most regrettable is there is no hot water for bathing and the water that comes out of the shower is very small so it is difficult to bathe and others, if the pump or equipment is broken please fix it first before the hotel is reopened because water is very important for guests who will stay. Please fix what is lacking so that guests who have stayed at this hotel do not regret it, at least from the beginning it has been informed to the guests.

Nice hotel with nice cafe. Good breakfast spread. Clean room.

The room is not too big but enough for resting, equipped with a refrigerator to store food. The staff is communicative and helpful but the downside is there is no water boiler.

The staff are all friendly, okay, with this price, the quality should be better. Hopefully it will be improved and better.

The hotel receptionist who said she was available 24 hours a day was not answered when we looked for her but she was not there.
