I was checking in to khaosan palace hotel last saturday sept 7, 2019 at around 6-7pm and one of the receptionist is very rude! Receptionists are supposed to be nice and accomodating especially when handling customers who came from a long travel! I didn't get the rude receptionist’s name but she is tall and fat she is laughing and talking thai and when I asked her whats funny she showed me her phone telling me its her facebook shes laughing at and not me! Do you think its right to use your cellphone while working and handling guests of your hotel? Very rude!
