The refrigerator in the room smells and is not cold. I reported it but the hotel did not fix it.

The system error made me worried about being able to check in on the first day. The hotel assisted in finding another hotel but it was still an inconvenience. The restaurant food is simple and the same for all 4 days of my stay.

Booked a room on the 11th but came to check in at 5am on the 12th and the check-in staff said it was not booked, it took a long time to check-in.

Booked a luxury suite room in advance but didn't reserve it for another guest to rent and then reported bad equipment in general. The solution from the hotel and traveloka was also bad, it took 3 hours of time

The staff is so bad, I won't visit next time

Clean hotel, enthusiastic staff, delicious breakfast buffet. Everyone should choose it, everything really exceeds expectations compared to the price.

No parking space, parked outside and got a refund. Soundproofing is incredibly bad, noisy all the time because 90% of guests are Chinese. Breakfast is incredibly bad, food standards are only for Chinese people. Requesting service via hotline is not supported. Conclusion: a really bad experience when choosing to relax with family at this fake 4-star hotel.

The hotel is okay within the price range, hot water takes a while

I chose the hotel because it has a beautiful swimming pool. Lots of green trees. Beautiful flower. However, the pin room is under repair. Beautiful sea view. At night, looking at Muong Thanh hotel, there are beautiful LED lights. The hotel is near the beach. Go around a few hotels to arrive

The room I booked with the room I received was different, the staff did not accept my shortcomings. I have traveled across Vietnam to many tourist destinations, but the staff here is really bad. At night, when I slept, the air conditioner broke down the exhaust fan, and the toilet did not work. Suitable for families who need to swim, cheap, easy to move. Not very suitable for resort. 😶🏍🏍

Ban đầu nhân viên báo là nguyên cái khách sạn bị cúp điện, kiu mình hỗ trợ đi kiếm khách sạn khác. Cái mình nói tiền thanh toán trên app hết rồi, hoàn tiền như thế nào. Rồi sau đó dẫn mình lên nhận phòng. Vì khách sạn cũng okela nên chấm 4 điểm
