Hotel staff service is terrible! Disrespectful, unfriendly, curt in tone, and spoke with no respect for customers. The hotel staff feels the hotel belongs to them (read: their own home)?! How to treat customers like they don't appreciate, and there is no hospitality atmosphere behavior / attitude! We don't want to clean the room if we don't know that the person concerned only wants to clean the room before 12 o'clock, while we are on the front porch, but there is no reminder / offer to clean the room. The hotel staff's answer: "it's past cleaning time, if you want to clean it earlier while sitting in the yard". There is no intention to ask for the room to be cleaned, even though the staff is room service & housekeeping too. So bad & disappointing! I hope the hotel owner knows the attitude of your staff!
