friendly and enthusiastic staff

If you need quiet and relaxation, Azura is a suitable choice. Reasonable price, clean room. However, breakfast is not very diverse!

The hotel is okay. Nice place to stay.

The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. The resort is in the center, the road is easy to go, the resort has green trees and a swimming pool, very relaxing, blending into nature.

Friendly staff, cozy and clean room, highly recommend everyone to come here. The downside is that the road to the main road is a bit dark to walk. But if there is a next time, I will probably still visit Azura.

The resort is beautiful, the staff is friendly and cheerful. There are only 2 things to do: 1. The light in the room is a bit dark but it doesn't really affect me because I was gone all day and then went back to sleep. 2. Scared of ghosts 😭 The hotel has 2 ways to enter from the main street Tran Hung Dao. One street from Lane 103 goes about 200 meters but at night there are no lights and there are 2 dogs barking and teasing haha. Going past some tombs and abandoned houses is very scary for ghosts :((( The other route is less scary because it passes through many resorts and hotels but it must be about 600m away. There's nothing left to discuss. Resort for me. I borrowed a hat for the whole trip hihi and the staff is very enthusiastic 😍 Oh and the resort always cleans the room when I go out and arranges things neatly hihi.

The hotel is very clean, the space is quiet and fresh, the service is enthusiastic and cute. Will come back here when the epidemic comes to Phu Quoc again.

The rooms and services at Resot are good, the staff are enthusiastic and friendly, the resort is located in a small alley so moving is a bit difficult.

My only suggestion is that Azura should equip scented candles or room fresheners so that when guests enter, they will feel more comfortable and at ease. As for the rest, everything from Azura is good. Right in the center so traveling is very convenient.

Mình rất thích ở đây. Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, cảnh đẹp long lanh. Thái độ bạn nhân viên rất vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Mình nhất định sẽ quay lại.

Pros:- The staff are extremely friendly and supportive, they are willing to guide, support and resolve troubles that you have. If you need any information about the places around, you will definitely get an answer from them.- The quiet atmosphere is one of main strengths of this resorts.- The facilities are decent, not new but well enough to my standards, the view from the balcony are amazing and the cleanliness of the room are well kept. They even make your room every day to ensure the hygiene.- The garden and public area are pretty large, enough to have small parties or bbq with small group of friends. The plants provide shades and comforts for relaxation.- They offer many services such as motorbike and ticket booking, which makes your trip easier. Cons:- The biggest problem is the location. It is hidden deep inside narrow streets and multiple turns makes traveling by cars inconvenient. Lack of lightings from the entry roads make it quite scary when travel at night.- F&B options are not varied. While they do offer meals, but it is much better to eat out since they only provide basic dishes.

Resort tuy không quá rộng nhưng gần gũi với thiên nhiên, thoáng mát. Bạn nam lễ tân siêu siêu dễ thương, chu đáo và nhiệt tình với khách, từ việc giới thiệu các địa điểm tham quan, phương tiện đi lại, nơi ăn uống đến việc hỗ trợ khách lưu trú tại resort. Bạn còn nhiệt tình đi hái trái cây trong vườn cho khách. Nói chung là rất ưng với sự dễ thương của resort

The resort is in an alley, if you go by car, you have to go from another alley, so I think it's most convenient to rent a motorbike, it's very convenient, and the resort is also in the center, so famous places are only 3-5 minutes away by motorbike. Breakfast is not included in the room rental, but the beef noodle soup is very delicious and only 50k, the swimming pool is super clean and especially the staff is enthusiastic and friendly 9/10 🌸🌸

The entrance is hard to find without signposts from the main road, so it's even harder to find!
