Yes unsatisfying because the door bathroom can not lock and bathroom floor a little slip, 1 of towel torn and also hair dryer broken can not use.

Comfy & strategic place to stay, near from Bukit Bintang MRT&bus station (don’t forget to enjoy GoKL for free transportation). 8 minutes by walk to reach Alor Street for tummy happiness at the night. Superb!

Strategic location, rooms are also good, clean and tidy, wifi is good too. Highly recommended.

Good service. The residence is very comfortable. Only valid parking for one car. Other cars are byr almost 20++ perday.

The host is friendly. There was a little problem with the aircon, I tell him and the mechanic came immediately. For about 1hour and the aircon back to normal. The room is spacious. I love the bathtub. Everything is clean. It is just 500m from alor street food. That was good!

They cheat our money! Please don't book this room! Extremely bad! And we booked 4 person room, but just one bed. The 2 extra bed they din arrange to us and when I called them to ask where is the 2 beds! They just send to me at 11:44 pm and asked us to fix the bed sheet by ourselves! No mattress, no pillow, no blanket! But I paid for 4 person room. This management you just wait.

The service is good, the less air conditioning is less cold.
