The room is nice, clean outside. But unfortunately when I stayed the internet and TV were off. That's what made me not like it.

This hotel is located in the first ring of Kuta beach, exit the hotel directly to Kuta beach with restaurants and convenience stores next to it so it is easy to buy necessities. The rooms are very aesthetic with a traditional concept but very clean, the rooms with a Resort concept so that between rooms have a distance of about 3 meters with a terrace in each room. In the morning we met foreigners sunbathing on our terrace because our terrace was exposed to the morning sunlight, the check-in and check-out process was very easy, even the staff had prepared everything. The drawback of this resort is that the TV does not work. It is very comfortable to stay here to rest and enjoy Kuta Mandalika beach.

The dim room should have bright lights because there is already a night light, so you can't read, change clothes, etc. There is gecko droppings. The bunker area is dark, even though there are only 2 rooms, the street lights to the room should be turned on so that it looks bright and attractive to other guests. The impression is a horror and dull inn. The restaurant is not ready at 9:30 am so breakfast is outside. The restaurant is also dim, not attracting guests to have dinner upstairs. Not bright because the lights are yellow and dim.

2nd time coming here, and because it is close to my project location. The facilities are that the sink leaks so the bathroom isn't very dry, but the rest is good. Clean and always tidied up and provided room facilities.: A great choice if you go to Kuta is this place.

When I booked the price was already 900k, that's okay because there was an event like that, but the price increased by 100%, the manager really took advantage of it. Good luck!

Actually this hotel has a good/perfect location, right infront of mandalika iconic beach. But this hotel managed with unprofessional hotel management. (might be it was.) Dirty, looks old, Hotel staff walking around with no shirt and smoking. They shouting when asking, no front desk, dirty blanket. Nope, I won't go back there.

The place is not as clean as in front of the recession, there is rarely a long wait.

Water is not smooth. AC is not cold enough.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures : super clean and comfy. The place also near ATM centre and minimarket, we don't need any vehicle to buy something. Sure, I'm going to visit this bungalow for next holiday!!

This bungalow is really top. Really cheap, direct beach front access, pretty spacious rooms, clean swimming pool, the restaurant also has great food, don't you understand? Will definitely come again if you go to Mandalika.

Prices are according to the facilities but the water is not clean. There is a bit of saltiness and stickiness afterwards in the body.

It was very pleasant staying at Oyo 1096 bungalow and your restaurant, the place is really real picture, the room is right in front of the swimming pool so the children are happy and easy to swim, I also like to book through traveloka because of the many discount coupons, Thank you ... .

The hotel went out of lights all night, the generator didn't work, the water went out and worse there was no solution from the hotel. We guests are allowed to overheat and cannot do anything related to water. Bathing even pup or pee must hitchhike to the nearest mosque or public toilet. Disappointing. Very disappointing.
