Been staying here whenever I visit Medan for more than a year now. A very humble hotel, not the best facilities (at least they have SmartTV for easy access to YouTube), but I always come back due to the staff's very warm hospitality. I am often served by the front desk staff Andreas and his team of receptionists; they're always approachable and helpful. Moreover, the food is very delicious surprisingly and very affordable too.

The corridor with dim lights, going out at night and the quiet conditions are less comfortable.

Unforgettable memories with friendly staff, delicious food, and a clean room. Excellent!

The staff is friendly and helpful, the check-in and check-out process is fast.

The check-in process was fast, the room was clean but the AC was not cold enough and was noisy.

The hotel staff was very quick to respond when asked to move to a non-smoking room.

A hotel that I have visited many times and it never disappoints.

The room is spacious for an executive Kong, with a large bed and an extra sofa... it fits the two of us and our three children, ages 4, 7, and 10. The food is delicious, and the price is really worth it... the kids finally decided. Because the food is delicious, an extra breakfast for one child costs 25,000 Rupiah... the breakfast is simple, with the main course being porridge and fruit.
