The air conditioning in the room isn't cold enough.

Need to improve the toilet cleanliness.

Always booked here if I go to Klang. Booked it since it was built. But lately, the toilet cleanliness is not satisfying. Like they don't scrub it at all. And now you need to pay RM5/night for Selangor Tax.

Location behind the mall, soon there'll be MRT too. Perfect location.

The location was excellent, walking distant to Aeon bukit tinggi, and there was Aerobus stand across with less than 5 min walk from the hotel. Very convenient for short vacation.

I stayed here for the second time. It was excellent. For Klang area, I would recommend this hotel. Compare to the prices, location, cleanliness and overall experience I definitely will chose to stay here again. The only thing that the management need to change is the door to the lift from the parking basement should be open to guest. I parked in the basement but cannot enter the door to the lift and needed to walk up the stair to enter the hotel front door. Guest can go down directly to the basement parking from the lift at the reception level but weirdly cannot go to the reception level from the parking basement. Hotel can provide access card for guest to enter and exit the door to the lift. That's the only complaint I have. The rest was okay.

Room is ok, just the aircond controller is located beside the door. So you have to wake up and walk to the door to adjust temperature. For check out, the Indian lady at the counter was never smiling. She just said "sign" (asking for my signature). I waited there as I thought there's something else to do. But actually the "sign" thingy would be the last business. Why don't you smile and talk properly, as you are not the hell gatekeeper.

Great place to stay. Would come again when need arises.

The location of the hotel is very close to the high hill AEON shopping mall, buses to KL and others are also available in the hotel's canvas area. It is perfect for a place to stay when you are in Bukit Tinggi Portklang.
