The receptionist was enthusiastic, the breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable. There was a swimming pool so my kids really liked it. Came back for the second time. Will come back next time.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff.

The second time comeback here after impressive frist time. Ingenerally, all facilities are very good and more modern than other competitor. However, I have a little problem with my room type as for official website the mention about bathtub but when I c. I they confirm to me that my room is free upgrad. I tottaly was disapointed as room is small and no bathtub when I ask receptionist, they told me should be requested before and now bathtub room was not avaiable. I thinks you should change the name of room type and don't treat your guest like that and without any apologize.

Nice choice for strolling around the Ho Chi Minh City. Friendly & helpful staffs, well kept rooms and nice breakfasts. Overall it's highly recommended.

Central location, few steps walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and Independence Palace. Rooms are clean, fragrant, very new and genuine. From the staff at the door, the front desk, especially the staff who keep the luggage / send the goods, are very enthusiastic and professional. Staff cleaning the dining room should be more delicate when cleaning metal utensils, avoiding making the loudest noise, especially when guests are still sitting, so it is very similar to chasing guests. Thank you hotel, maybe I will come back.

I had a great stay here. The staff and housekeepers were super sweet. I got an upgraded room which was a plus. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Loved the pool.

The picture is not the same as the real thing, Deluxe room but Superior room. I have verified with the hotel, the hotel responded because the app posted the wrong picture, asked Traveloka to check and give feedback. Thank!

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, 4 star hotel with 5 star service.

Phòng và dịch vụ tốt. Phòng hơi nhỏ và không có bồn tắm (điểm trừ). Khách sạn ở vị trí đẹp. Có cửa sổ view phố khá thích. Sẽ quay lại khi có thêm bồn tắm nhé.

I booked a room for 2 people and paid for it all with my name card, my friend checked in first, I just came the next morning for breakfast. The hotel told me to pay for my meal. I told me to check in for 2 people now, but the hotel also refused, even though it was only 7:00 am, it took 5 hours to check out. Breakfast cost is only 180K, but it makes me very uncomfortable

They have incredible hospitality at reception. Once arrived, they put us at their lobby lounge and we were served with cold refreshing lemongrass drink. At the same time, they helped us to do check in without our present at reception counter. Room is clean and comfortable. Housekeeping service throughout our stay was excellent. Wide choice of breakfast: bread, cereal, local Pho, fruits. The location of hotel is strategic and walking distance to Independent Palace, Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral etc. It is only about 20 mins walk to City Hall or Nguyen Hue Walking Street. But we used e-hailing service, which is convenient and charged reasonably. Since it is away from busy street, we have quiet and comfortable stay. Will definitely choose this hotel again in my next trip to Ho Chi Minh.
