- Kidzone is so boring, there is nothing for the kids to play with, old stuff, few games, should add a ball house, slide...etc and open later, because Ho Tram is so boring at night, I can't go back to my room to sleep early. - Corner room is too bright, no curtain to cover the glass toilet door, making it difficult to sleep. - The receptionist is very polite and friendly, but when I need to send things to the resort, I have to contact the shipping department, the shipping service staff is unprofessional (to put it mildly), I contacted them twice and both times it was the same.
