Very helpful, the staff is friendly and kind

This hotel is enough for a 1 night transit, and the price is suitable for those in transit, the AC is cold, there are blankets, but the electrical sockets are far away and it's difficult to charge your cellphone. So far that's enough so you have to bring a roll of cables so you can plug in your cellphone and laptop chargers.

The service is friendly, the rooms are okay, but you can still find worms in the toilet.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very dirty, lots of cockroaches, the sheets and pillow cases were never washed, and the smell was unpleasant.

Definition does not match the attached photo, the accommodation is really bad. Review photos cannot be uploaded for some reason. The guards are not friendly. The hallway is dark and scary. The room is not well maintained. The sheets, pillows, and blankets look like they are moldy. The walls are clearly moldy. Cleanliness is very lacking. Did not end up staying there because when I entered I was really shocked by the condition of the room. It does not match the photo presented.

Please change the sheets if guests want to come in.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately the room condition is disappointing. Dull sheets and blankets, flat pillows. The bathroom is not clean, hot water is off. Although the room price is cheap, please still pay attention to the comfort of the room.

Got to the 3rd floor by climbing the stairs and they said the other floors were full, the sink was broken, the bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed, there was no hot water, only a tap, the sheets were dirty and had lots of spots, the AC wasn't cold and there were no towels.

Good service. But disappointed the bathroom wasn't good. Please repair the shower and the toilet is difficult to flush.

Different from the photo, I got room 105, the bathroom was like a chicken coop, there were cockroaches, the tap channel wasn't clear, the bedroom had lots of spiders, the blanket really smelled like it had been 3 full moons since I'd been in London. The TV is off just for display, that's really bad.

The AC is not cold enough, there is no TV remote. The bathroom is decent because it has hot water.

Hotel mempersulit customer, hotel pembohong ngomong bisa refund tapi ga bisa beda lagi ngomong ke traveloka lawak ni hotel.

Jelek tempatnya, kotor, harga gak sesuai di apkikasi, pas nyampe suruh bayar lagi. Pelayanan buruk sekali. Bau kamar mandinya.

1. Ada tambahan biaya yang harus dibayar tergantung dari akhir pekan atau libur nasional atau hari biasa. Biaya tambahan bisa sampai 100 ribu lebih. 2. Kamar kotor dan bau, kamar mandi hampir semuanya tidak ada gagang penutup, beberapa kamar mandi bahkan tidak bisa ditutup. Katanya tidak boleh merokok tapi ada puntung rokok di kamar mandi. 3. Ada banyak kecoa, untuk yang jijik dengan kecoa harap tidak datang ke sini. Saya menemukan 2 kecoak ketika menginap di sini. 4. Kasur dan sprei kotor dan ada beberapa noda di kasur yang tidak membuat nyaman. 5. TV juga tidak menyala. 6. Tidak mendapatkan handuk, sikat gigi ataupun sabun dan shampo, walaupun ya ini sebenarnya tidak masalah untuk orang yang biasa traveling tapi sudah siap dengan persiapan lain. 7. AC juga perlu diperbaiki agar cepat dingin dan tidak berbau. Intinya sangat tidak nyaman menginap di sini, untuk pihak pengelola diharapkan memperbaiki kualitas dan jujur dalam memberikan pelayanan
