Tidak sesuai dengan deskripsi, letaknya di dalam gang sempit, susah cari makan, pelayanan jelek, aturan tidak jelas, kalau bawa anak kecil harus buka kamar lagi, pokoknya nyesal pesan hotel ini.

Good evening Mr Kamaluddin, Regarding the Traveloka reservation complaint in Kamaluddin's name, allow us to explain again. It is clearly stated on our Traveloka page that the check-in time at Pradhana Residence is 2 pm, and 1 room reservation is only for 2 people. Before making a reservation, you should understand this policy. When you arrived at the location, you urged us to accept 4 people in 1 room, and check-in early with the excuse of not reading the T&C when making the order. We offered a solution by adding 1 more room, but you refused with emotion and caused trouble at the location. It's a shame that you decided not to stay at our place. There are no TV channels, the bathroom is not clean, there is no place for an electric charger. And the strange thing is even though I have paid in full, I am still asked for a deposit, what is it for?

Dear Mr. I Gede Panji Arcana, We apologize for the deficiencies that have been shown in comments regarding our shortcomings. But rest assured that this is not the standard we have applied so far. A deposit is required when guests do not provide an Identification Card, and will be returned upon check out. Hopefully this will be the answer to your question. Recommended. I enjoyed staying here, the room was clean, neat, for those looking for cheap but not cheap lodging to come here. The location is close to Ngurah Rai Bali airport. room there are air conditioning, toilet in the room, TV, refrigerator are also provided in each room.

The place is nice, clean, tidy, the interior is friendly, the interior is cool, cool, close to the airport, there are also many who sell food, only no bottled mineral water, no breakfast, no clothes hanger as well, even though the other facilities are complete, there is a refrigerator even, the price is cheap too.
