I checked in at 14:00, the smell of bleach was so strong that the air conditioner didn't go away all night, making it difficult to sleep. The towels and pillowcases were old, so the hotel would have improved them. Other services were very good.

With the price of 550k/night for 2 people room with breakfast, I am satisfied. Clean, enthusiastic take care. The hotel is near My Khe beach, 500m walk to the beach. 1km from Bac My An market.

I had 3 nights of experience here. Quite satisfied, great customer care. Full breakfast with a variety of dishes. The first time I booked through the app, I was a bit worried at first, but after experiencing it, it was quite okay 🥰🥰

What impressed me most was that the staff here were very gentle, friendly and enthusiastic The swimming pool is small and pretty but opens late until 9pm, which is an advantage compared to other hotels. My family loves it here.

Just need to walk from the hotel to the city center. Comfortable and clean. Food is also delicious. And there is a list of recommended foods, cafes, souvenir shops from the hotel. So it is not difficult to have to find where to go

Service and breakfast beyond expectations

We went as a family, stayed 2 rooms for 5 nights. We chose a hotel that was not on the main road because we were afraid of noise, so we chose this one. It was only a few hundred meters away, easy to walk in and out. Nearby, there are minimarts, restaurants, massage shops, nail shops, and bars. The receptionist checked us in quite late, but we received friendly and easy-to-understand service, allowing us to go to the room quickly because we were very tired from traveling that day. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was firm and soft, and I didn't have back pain. There were complete facilities (but we couldn't see much from the window. Next time, we will book a room with a better view from the window). The staff were very lovely and took very good care of us, especially Nancy. She asked and took care of us every day. There was a problem with the noise from the children in the next room, so she changed it from the first day. One time, our children were tired and didn't go to eat breakfast. She noticed and came to ask if we wanted food to be delivered to our children's room. Then, she actually brought the food to the room. This was something that impressed us the most, in their observation and care for their guests, as well as other staff. They also treated other guests the same as us. As for other things that disturbed our stay this time, sometimes in the morning there was noise because the staff started cleaning the room. As for us, we tend to wake up late, so there might be some noise sometimes. But overall, Very impressed with this place and will definitely come back again. Thank you everyone from Thailand 🥰🥰

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Sunrise Boutique. The location is superb, a 10-minute walk to the beach and since it's in a pretty touristy area, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and spas within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean, and I had a distant view of the beach which was great. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was okay, I wouldn't necessarily stay just for it but it was a convenient option to have nonetheless; Otherwise you can always explore the wonderful food around the area.

Incredible Services. Staff including Hiep, Trinh, Trang GiGi, Bella are all extremely friendly, supportive, and amazing. Rooms are absolutely 10 out of 10. Email me if everyone could find somewhat uncomfortable haha
