Friendly staff, clean room. However, soundproofing is a bit poor.

The hotel staff is super enthusiastic, super lovely, good service. The hotel has massage service, satisfactory service experience. The hotel is near the Western street, but if you have to walk to the beach, it is a bit far, if you have a baby, you should consider bringing the baby. The room is clean and airy, but the soundproofing is not good, the TV is not connected to the internet so you can't watch it.

Location ok, room as pictured, room and food suitable for the price, minus point is old towels

I checked in at 14:00, the smell of bleach was so strong that the air conditioner didn't go away all night, making it difficult to sleep. The towels and pillowcases were old, so the hotel would have improved them. Other services were very good.

I had 3 nights of experience here. Quite satisfied, great customer care. Full breakfast with a variety of dishes. The first time I booked through the app, I was a bit worried at first, but after experiencing it, it was quite okay 🥰🥰

What impressed me most was that the staff here were very gentle, friendly and enthusiastic The swimming pool is small and pretty but opens late until 9pm, which is an advantage compared to other hotels. My family loves it here.

Just need to walk from the hotel to the city center. Comfortable and clean. Food is also delicious. And there is a list of recommended foods, cafes, souvenir shops from the hotel. So it is not difficult to have to find where to go
