Really fun, rooms according to expectations only when looking for food a little far.

So bad! Troublesome! Not expected will be so bad like this. About lift oh my god is so bad! Thankyou la.

The room is comfortable, however the elevator is a bit crowded. Not suitable for carrying with large families. The reason for waiting for the elevator is almost 30 minutes.

many activities children can do at arte plus such as lazy river, swim at pool also can dance at dancing studio.

The elevator is slow, the facilities provided are very difficult to visit because the rules are very customer friendly, the pool water is very dirty and there is no good ventilation in the fire lift to go to the swedish garden and lazy spa.

Clean rooms, lots of photo spots. It's just that the elevator is in line. The hotel is very suitable for families

Thankfully I finished my 3h2m vacation and stayed at Arte Plus. The service from the staff was very friendly and easy to understand in the direction of the room, the facilities provided were quite nice, wifi was also available in my room. Only lazy river spa can come in because of maintenance 👍

Smoking room is a strong smoke. Maybe the customer before settling on the smoking room until the smell stays intact. I checked out early because I couldn't stand the smell of rotten rooms. Poor kid. The room cannot be replaced by a new room because it is full.

Poor management from check in and all

Despite nice decoration. The car park and the lift was messy. You may be lost if not familiar with the lift. This will the 1st and last I check in here. They have 3 tower but only one staff per tower at upfront office to handle all enquiry such as registration, check out enquiry etc. There a lot of nightmare during my stay and will never coming back.

Room facilities are all ok but the tv is there but no broadcasts, no cafes and convenience stores have a hard time finding food and other things.

The scenery is not pleasant, there is a place closed without warning.

Best of all, the atmosphere of the hotel is so great to take pictures with your loved ones, there is only one room in the room, iron clothes, the facilities need to be in the room, so that customers can use it.

Very bad service especially swimming pool and lazy river spa. We can't swim in that pool and give reason for maintenance by management. Lift also bad and must changing to go other place using Bomba Lift. Too crowded when using it. This is first and last.

Great location and perfect for a family vacation.

Worth the price of cume lift problem is a bit slow. There is still a lot of wasted waiting for the turn to take the elevator. Whatever. Very interesting place. 👍

all 3 towers have to share 1 swimming pool.. 😣 & during weekend, the long wait and queue to use the lift to the lazy pool & Swedish garden was a hell.. Others, was great..

The pool is not so large that it has to be shared with three tower (50 level). The lazy river is on the 35th floor and requires only one bomba lift. A lot of mosquitoes even on the 35th floor. It is not appropriate to bring small children based on the facilities provided.
