Very good hotel near the city center

Very close to Jamek Mosque and LRT station

The bathroom is so dirty.. the toilet should have been replaced. It's been removed and used duct tape, the inside and outside of the toilet are yellow, the bottom has never been cleaned.. the water washer spray is so small that you have to open the end of the faucet to spray water normally. The floor of the room is always damp and wet plus the AC can't be adjusted and is very noisy. I happened to use a family room with a double queen bed. Sorry for being a bit frank because I was very disappointed because I stayed 5 nights

I upgraded from a single fan to a single aircon, worth it. Like how the receptionist was very friendly and the staff very helpful, definitely will come again.

Access is okay. But the room size seems too small to be filled with 2 queen beds. Then the guard in the lobby, especially the male officers are fierce and stingy with greetings and smiles🫣

really sad, just use the drawer padlock to lock the room door. room 111 near the side of the road, the sound of the monorail and the atmosphere of the road are noisy, it's hard to sleep. You can't use the TV..... there's no parking, you have to pay for parking outside, it's crazy expensive. Highly not recommended.

Friendly and nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Quiet atmosphere, clean bathroom with hot water.

Bugs in the room, unhygienic canteen (looked feral), can't provide any cutlery, AC is VERY weak, staff rude no manners.

Basically, those who want to go to Malaysia should stay here. It's close to the station so it's easy to go anywhere. The location is also very strategic.

The accommodation was very pleasant.

Check in in the middle of the night, order a triple, get a full double excuse, if you don't accept it, just cancel it, the hotel staff says so.

Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun MRT, dekat dengan Masjid Jamek, cari makan juga dekat, dekat dengan bus stop, untuk hotelnya sendiri kami mendapat kamar hotel dengan handle pintu patah. Sebelum kami masuk minta ganti room tidak dikasi. Untuk AC remot tak berfungsi, ruanganya masih bau cat. Kemudian selain kami harus deposit 50 rm ternyata ada biaya tambahan sekitar 60 rm, di emperan depan hotel ada gelandangan yang tidur sehingga jika keluar hotel ada pemandangan yang bikin tidak nyaman.

Pelayanan buruk, mau pindah kamar yang ada window harus bayar lagi🤦‍♂️

Receptionist baik, hanya saja harus deposit 50 RM + 10 RM entah untuk biaya apa dan ga dikembaliin yang 10 RM nya. Saya menginap backpacker dan pesan kamar 1 orang, order dengan ada jendela tapi yang dikasih tanpa jendela. Begitu masuk kamar ada baunya dan pengap, lembab karena tidak perputaran udara dalam kamar, padahal kamar kosong masih banyak. Kasur lumayan kotor berpasir, bantalnya bau juga, AC tidak berfungsi dengan baik, lampu kamar remang kurang terang menambah hawa horor sampai ga bisa tidur nyenyak karena bau tak sedapnya.
