Hotel staff was very kind to remind check out on time. Bathroom handle was broken. Sink water was dead. Toilet water smelled brackish.

Only 1 towel is provided per room, no soap or toothpaste.

The room smells and the pillowcases smell when we asked for a replacement pillowcase they said there were no spares at all, the reason being that all the rooms were full, they should have spare sheets and pillowcases, there were no towels, the color was dull.

The room is comfortable and clean, the facilities are also good.

There were some damaged ones, and the sheets weren't very clean, like they had traces of something on them.

Online booking is very cheap, but the facilities are not so good, the AC is leaking, the bathroom handle is broken, the shower is dead. And there is no mineral water. After complaining to the receptionist. They didn't even apologize at all.

1. The hotel location is very strategic to go anywhere, around the hotel there are many culinary and cafes. 2. The hotel rooms need renovation because some rooms have leaking ceilings when it rains, water enters from the hotel glass, the TV cannot be turned on, the bathroom sink is leaking, the room's AC is time to be cleaned so that it doesn't drip onto the bed, an unpleasant odor along the hotel room's hallway.

The attic room is hollow. The hot water shower doesn't work, the TV screen is broken.

Access to room d on the 3rd floor uses stairs because the elevator is broken. Room condition: ceiling is broken and patched, AC is not cold, bed is not comfortable. Bathroom: shower has no water so you have to use a bucket.

The staff was very friendly, because arriving in Banda Aceh it was midnight I looked for a hotel with a low rate just to take a shower and lie down. I got this hotel with a rate of Rp. 239K, when checking in deposit Rp. 100K. This is enough here, with rooms in this condition, without toiletries and mineral water, the price is relatively high compared to others in its class. There is a TV but the LCD is broken, it's just a display to beautify the room. Even if you have to come here, you might need to bring rat poison which might have come in from the upper ceiling which has been torn apart.

It's crazy to order 2 rooms for the family. The bed sheets had black stains and maybe sperm stains hahah I'm really disgusted. The TV was broken, the room was damp and a bit smelly, strangely, when I spoke to the receptionist, he was answered curtly "it's also cheap". Very bad

Not very professional, booking on the application but when you arrive at the hotel you have to add more to match the price in the hotel booking, not according to expectations.
