The place is nice but unfortunately the location is in a small alley and is a bit hidden, it will be difficult for first timers because there are lots of villas around the inn too.

this place is good for backpacker or the one who loves quiet place. they have share kitchen for all room. not good if you bring family or kids. at night the water is cut out during my stay, but so far is good.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, walking distance to the center of Ubud. The facilities are nice and clean, complete with a water heater, towels, toiletries, and mineral water in the room. The swimming pool is also clean. Overall the accommodation is good. There is a parking lot, although cars can enter but it is recommended not to use a car if you are going to stay here. From the center of the hustle and bustle of Ubud can still be reached on foot.

There is a group of other guest that was super noisy until the dawn and even in the morning, right in front of our room. They played musics and random back-sound using their own speaker, which super disturbing the other guests knowing that the room is also not a sound-proof one. The guard doesn’t take any action to restrict them. Hard to sleep well and forced to wake up because of their mannerless action.

(+) Everything is good, suitable for families because there is a sharing kitchen so you can cook for yourself, close to the center of Ubud, close to everywhere. Oh, the water heater works very well! (-) The AC had quite a problem on the first day of staying and was only repaired the day after staying.

The location is a bit inside & you can only get 1 car, it's close to Ubud Center but it's a bit up and it's really good because if you go up a little it's not so crowded & suitable for those who are looking for a calm atmosphere. Room comfort okay. The most important thing is usually the toilet, according to the picture on Traveloka, the toilet is okay, the water heater works, it's just because the size of the shower is large & its position is close to the toilet so the toilet gets wet if it's not closed. For the toilet, I would like to suggest that you add additional hair cap amenities. When we left, we deliberately didn't save the hanger to ask for the room to be cleaned because we really didn't want it cleaned, but when we returned the room was tidy again & we didn't think it was a problem either. In the morning we couldn't have breakfast because we left at 4 o'clock, but when we returned to the accommodation we were offered food for a double breakfast the next day & we asked to make it dinner (and allowed). The mattress is soft, the wifi is smooth, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly & very helpful.

Nice, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, nice & friendly staff. As input, the TV network should be repaired because sometimes there are errors and added breakfast facilities will definitely be even better. But it's really recommended anyway.
