Overall ok but got the room in the corner and there were ants if there was food/drinks containing sugar.

Every time I go to Jogja, I have to stay here, because the hotel is so comfortable, clean, bright, the food is all delicious and it's close to everywhere... love love... thank you Grand Senyum 🥰🥰

The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the staff are friendly... only the TV broadcasts are less varied & the breakfast is also less than satisfying in terms of taste.

The hotel staff were all very good, from the moment we arrived we were well-directed, even without being asked we were helped with our suitcases, the check-in and check-out process was friendly and fast. The make-up room was also made to order. When the restaurant was full, we were provided with a comfortable additional table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we bought souvenirs outside the hotel, the hotel was also willing to store them and inform us. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was a bit lacking, the toiletries lacked hand cream. The bathroom and toilet were next to each other and both faced a full glass wall, while the clothes hanger was only in the toilet, the shower also used transparent glass so it was a bit uncomfortable. The shower drain was also slow so it looked like a flood. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

Fun, this is the second time staying here, strategic location in front of Kranggan Market and Tugu Jogja. Spacious and comfortable room.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, fragrant room, clean and spacious, we stayed in the deluxe twin type, the bed was large size 140. The breakfast menu is varied, there is also vegetable juice. If I go to Jogja again, I hope I can stay at this hotel again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Grand Senyum Hotel, super comfy with a touch of elegance! The room was clean and cozy, with a big soft bed and everything I needed. It felt like a nice balance between homey and stylish. Ambiance/Facilities: The interior is quite grand and classy, especially the lobby—bonus points for the cool aquarium, it’s such a nice touch! The rooftop pool area has a lovely city view, great for relaxing after a long day. Overall, the place feels peaceful and well-kept. Staff Assistance: Friendly and helpful. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and the staff were quick to respond when I needed anything. Highlights: The grand interior, city views from the rooftop, and the aquarium in the lobby made the whole experience feel a bit more special. Also, strong AC and quiet rooms—major win. Price: Definitely good value for what you get. Comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Location: Super convenient—close to Malioboro and other must-visit spots, but still tucked away enough to be quiet at night.
