Strengths: Basically, the room for 3 people is exactly as shown on the app, 1 large bed and 1 small bed. There is parking in the lobby. Air conditioner is ok, clean, spacious, has refrigerator, TV, cooker. The space is quite quiet because the location is not a large frontage, the front view of the room has a window overlooking the school. Big green, very cool when walking. Near Phan Rang market, 3-4km from the sea, not too far, go for a walk. Reasonable price, truly affordable. Happy, enthusiastic, caring staff. Amenities ok. Minus point: faucet leaks when turned on, hot water sometimes comes and sometimes doesn't. The room doesn't seem to have good soundproofing so you can hear inside and out if it's loud enough. The hallway light reflects light into the room because the room has an opaque door. Overall 7/10

Sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Dù có trục trặc nhỏ lúc ban đầu. Nhưng tổng thể thì hài lòng. :)))
