Suggestion: If there are floors 3-5, there should be an elevator so that those who are sick and lazy to climb stairs have an alternative.

The hotel is quite nice, but there's no elevator.

There are small animals in the bed and bathroom like baby cockroaches. The sheets and pillowcases have become less white and yellowish. Sorry, I only stayed there once, sorry

Imagine you from afar making a fuss and being forced because of a deposit, getting a room on the 3rd floor, I swear this is my worst experience staying in a hotel. Please improve the ethics of how to serve guests well. if you can't, it's better to close the hotel or replace it with a non-hotel.

The receptionist staff was rude and unfriendly. The bedsheets were dirty as if they hadn't been washed and weren't clean. The TV didn't work. The AC remote was hard to turn on.
